N.O.V.A. O.R.D.A is a PMC group that focus on Org V Org events while building a community that specializes in a range of roles, capabilities, and tactics.

Many of our members are tired of dealing with orgs with absent leaders and unstructured events. Hence the reason for NOVA ORDA! Out of flacid orgs we forge a new order that makes each member feel valued and give purpose in a very broken sandbox.

Manifesto

Here at N.O.V.A O.R.D.A we have a strong sense of community. We have a no nonsense view on any kind discrimination, harassment, and griefing on fellow org member. This includes groups we work with, affiliates, and alliances. We have a very active group that are in VC each night and often lend a hand to new players, those that need to earn credits toward a goal, or the current game event. The goal of NOA is to create a space where everyone feels at home. In the spirit of growth and camaraderie, we hold weekly discussions to determine our priorities and set our objectives. Leadership remains open to suggestions and is committed to executing our plans, within reasonable limits.

Enjoyment: Above all, we’re here to have a good time, not to work endlessly. We expect everyone to enjoy themselves—this isn’t a 40-hour work week. Remember, we’re all here to foster a sense of connection and camaraderie in the verse.
