Arsaneus was born in what was once known as Switzerland and spent his childhood tinkering with parts from old spaceships. While growing up he isolated himself more and more as he became discontent with society. Corruption. Greed. He had seen lots of it and went against it whenever he could but this caused him more problems than anything else.
His disobedience did cause Stella Draconis to notice him and thus recruited him into their ranks. Over the years he became very influental inside the corporation and was eventually voted to be their leader. Now in a position to make a difference, he pledged to do things "different".
Arsaneus is a very friendly and thoughtful person and does not like mindless violence. Despite this, he is not afraid to respond in violence should he be attacked or if he sees an act of greed, He would defent as hospital or a person in distress at any time.
He also likes cookies and turtles.
