I grew up in a crummy food processing city. I enlisted in the UEE as soon as I could hold a gun and lie about my age. After a long stint in the UEE, I observed war at its worst. Now, I don't harbor hatred for non-human species but my time as a UEE Dropship pilot has taught me to be cautious around everyone, especially non-humans.
