Born 2910 on Asura in the Ferron System. Ando's family fell on hard times as the Ferron System began to crumble economically; the once affluent household falling from grace over the course of a generation. Ando originally struck out for a career in mining after achieving his Equivalency, and then enlisted with the UEE to attain citizenship. Ultimately, he found purpose in religion, eventually becoming an high-ranking Evangelist in the Church of MARU.
