Lucian Briggs had a very distinguished career within the UEEN. Rising to command a Perseus class vessel, the UEES Nightingale, and lead a task force combatting piracy across the UEE. Briggs had a passion for protecting the citizens of the UEE. Following this passion, he founded Nightingale Industries in honour of his ship and established a company built around his ideals.
