Bio
Winters was born in 2868. After his equivalency 2882 he went to military Academy and 2885 joined the Navy and was assigned to 341th Recon Wing. 2904 he left the UEE Navy as Captain. After 21 years of piloting various spacecrafts he fullfilled one of his dreams by re-founded the family enterprise Nordlicht Aviation in 2925.
