Previously a mechanical engineer, specializing in star ship mechanics for the Vanguard organization in the Cthulu Sector. Making ends meet was easy back when the war was going on. Salvaging the remains of ship parts and debris made for a most lavish life style. Most of the time the the hulls accounted for a decent profit, but the military grade weapons were the bread and butter. The pirates were the most cooperative and gracious for the weapons provided, they paid handsomely. On a unfortunate routine hull inspection, Illegal grade weapons were found aboard, and "Lev" was revoked of his salvaging license and his reputation was scorn from ever having a decent job. With the strict laws and the hefty fines of the UEE, he was left with a slightly modded cutlass and a passion to salvage. After being taken in by the pirates, life was never the same.
