I grew up in a little outpost on the edge of civilization. My mom was tough, but she had to be. I was the oldest of 6 siblings and the first to leave the system. I received my equivalency when I turned 17 and I decided that no matter what I was going to change the world.
It has been more than a decade now, and I run a small outfit of elite engineers out of Earth ready to tackle anything the universe throws at us.
My secretary made me fill out this bio in an effort to make me 'sound more human' as she put it. With the way the empire is going, I'm not so sure that being human is a good thing. The Vanduul get braver with every passing week, and the empire brushes it off like so many flies.
My days of being fearless are over. These days I worry about the safety of my family and the families of my men. With Earth looking like a long bet, my brother, my best pilots, and I are looking for a way out. The only thing I know is... salvation is to be found in the heavens.
