Engineer and pilot of the UEE. Born from parents in the army (father on a ship and mother as a recruiter), the Moreau family is in the job since a long time and their son was fan of electronic and big ships, at the age of 18 y.o he enlists himself and at 22 y.o he becomes a pilot for large ship types, corvettes, fregates and battleships after a formation in the UEE Pilot Division. To specialize himself Akino will enter in the UEE Engineering Task Force (Cyberwarfare and computing engineering). Now he seeks new adventures in the army or in a private company...
