In the shadows of Shorvu's gritty underbelly, a name slowly began to circulate — Fabio Drexel, a young negotiator and broker. His story unfolds amidst the unforgiving streets, where poverty and opportunity intertwine. He navigated the byways of the Rihlah System, engaging in the trade of goods or knowledge and brokering deals for interested factions to slowly make a name for himself.
All that hard work crumbled before him when he encountered the notorious Matriarch Lea "Silk Empress" Rider. Greed and arrogance had gotten the better of him and Fabio alleviated Lea of her newly arrived vials of SLAM. The fallout from this shortsighted heist left him injured and in desperate need to leave the system before her goons would find him.
Assuming the guise of 'Noctis' and utilizing the last UEC he earned from the sale of Lea's SLAM, Noctis paid a trafficker to navigate the Systems of the UEE. It was in the Stanton System that his skills found new opportunities.
