Zelrandar " Phrankie " Cask was born on Earth into a poverished family. He was always fascinated by space and dreamed of becoming an Spartan. After completing his studies in aerospace engineering, he applied for the Space Protection and Retention of Territories and Nations (S.P.A.R.T.A.N.) Program, but was rejected due to his asthma.
Determined to make a career in space, Zelrandar joined Horizons Consolidated as a Civilian and Space: Security Enforcer and Cargo Hauler. He worked hard and gained valuable experience in space operations.
Zelrandar also operated as a bounty hunter or mercenary, whichever paid more at the time. He was known for his wreckless, but resourceful nature in capturing fugitives.
Zelrandar always looks forward to coming home to his girlfriend Amelia and seeing his cat. He really loves being with Amelia and enjiys watching the latest news, movies or Virtual Reality games.
