Wing Commander was the 1st PC game I played, and I loved it. I have been saddened by the lack of games like it. I believe this will be a game to enjoy.
The name Shank comes from another Kickstarter I backed "Rotted Capes" in which I was allowed input on making one of the background NPC's in the book, "Shank".
Through that Kickstarter I came across Star Citizen and decided to carry the name over, since I would not have known about this fantastic game without backing that one first.
