Spartacus (Spártakos) (c. 109–71 BC) was a Thracian gladiator, who, along with the Gauls Crixus, Oenomaus, Castus and Gannicus, was one of the slave leaders in the Third Servile War, a major slave uprising against the Roman Republic.
I also have the name Spartacus because I too am one leading a rebellion, an uprising by the people against the modern day empire, Imperium. Join me and together we can bring freedom to the verse.
