Born in Gonn, Oberon System to a mining family, Will soon exhibited an affinity to pilot any and all kinds of vehicles. Helping out from a young age, soon made himself useful piloting a P-13 as the settlement's courier. In the winding canyons of Gonn he honed his skills through adolescence.
In his twenties, a terrible accident involving a transport he tried to help left him in disgrace and expelled out of his settlement. The natural choice for him was to leave for UEE space and join the Navy where he could make use of his skills.
A couple of months after, he received a communication: The pilot and owner of the ship he had tried to help back in Gonn had died, and surprisingly mentioned him in his last will. He was now the owner of an Aurora-LN an a small amount of cash and equipment. But now he was getting used to military life. Determined to finish his tour-of-duty, he put himself to become the hottest pilot in the UEE, knowing his own career was waiting for him when he got out of the Navy.
