The Three Heads

Loyalty: Absolute loyalty to Cerberus is paramount. We are a brotherhood, and betrayal will not be tolerated. Information leaks, disobedience, and attempts to undermine Cerberus will be met with swift and brutal punishment.
Strength: We are a pack of wolves, not a herd of sheep. Only the strongest survive. Constant improvement of combat skills, physical fitness, and strategic thinking is expected from every member. Weakness is a liability.
Profit: Cerberus thrives on lucrative contracts. Completing missions efficiently and exceeding expectations is crucial. Personal gain is secondary to the success of the company. However, exceptional performance will be rewarded handsomely.

The Code

Silence is Golden: Discretion is key. We do not discuss our operations or clients with outsiders. Loose lips sink ships, and jeopardize the entire operation.
Collateral Damage is a Necessary Evil: Civilian casualties are unfortunate but sometimes unavoidable. We minimize civilian casualties whenever possible, but completing the mission takes priority.
No Job is Too Dirty: We do not judge our clients. We accept any contract, as long as the price is right. Piracy, smuggling, assassinations – all are acceptable forms of business.
Brothers in Arms: We look after our own. We fight alongside our comrades, and share the spoils of victory. We leave no Cerberus member behind.
Might Makes Right: In the Stanton System, only the strong survive. We settle disputes internally with sanctioned combat trials. The victor earns respect, the loser faces consequences.
