This proclamation is meant to reach other lone Roughnecks out there, to come in from the cold and darkness and join a brotherhood of man.
We operate on consensual basis.
All captains are responsible for hiring, paying their own crew and for the care of and upgrades to their ships.
When on a mission the mission commander is in charge for the duration of the mission.
Members are not locked into roles or doing only certain tasks. All are free to choose and change in coordination with the rest of the roughnecks.
We expect that all Members treat each other with respect, and there will be no tolerance for abusive language towards other members. Any disagreements between members will be handled with civility and respect.
A small percentage of earnings shall be paid to the Org Treasury for the upkeep and maintenance of certain services, and enabling the org to rent or hire outside of org.
