The Backspacers / BKSP

We initially met in Vega, during its infamous Battle in 2945.
Recovering after the battle, we were among the few survivors in our battalion and we bonded over cooking, banter, and liberal offerings of drugs from our ship’s cook and doctor.

Shortly after that, we went our separate ways and each started their own civilian life.
Some had good fortune, some had fun, but all in all we felt that life away from battle was too dull, too simple — we were in need of action and a bigger purpose in life.

The answer came to us when we fortuitously met during the 2950 IAE in Stanton: while drinking and reminiscing about our exploits during the war, the idea of founding an organisation formed, with promises of a better pay, stable living conditions, and of meeting new brothers and sisters in arms, while expanding our horizons during our mission to assist in the expansion of the UEE.
That was all we were looking for.

And thus, The Backspacers came to be.
