History

What Follows is a statement from Praetor Alexian Au Taurii, Founder of Blackwater Security Consulting:

“When I first entered the Stanton system, late last year, I was met with what every new pilot is met with: chaos, pirates, and an unforgiving void with no way to direct yourself. I spent weeks in the outskirts of the system, doing odd jobs and trying to find my way through the verse with my skin intact. It was my 4th week when I found my salvation, a good Samaritan from the Junk Acquisition Wreckage Assessors, who helped guide me through the system; he showed me the ropes as it were. I could’ve joined JAWA, and stayed in the comfort of veterans, but that just wasn’t my style. So I took my Arrow, made my first million, then my second, and so on, and the moment I could, I formed Blackwater Security Consulting: For a safer system, and a bright future.”

Manifesto

Blackwater Security Consulting is tasked with the protection of those who can’t protect themselves, the assistance of those in need, the punishment of those deserving, and of course, providing our services to worthy clients.

Manifesto

At Blackwater, we aim to have an organization that represents Prowess and Protection. We want to find more players who share the dream of flying through the verse safe, with credits in your pocket and pride in your heart. When joining, you would be asked to join our discord where more information can be found. The idea behind this organization came from being the little guy in an uncaring verse, wishing there was someone willing to help. With this in mind, Blackwater was founded in the style of Shadow Company or ATLAS of COD Fame, the Legionnaires from Bad Company, or a particularly twisted take on our own world’s Blackwater. When joining the organization, you would be asked to roleplay the rank that you are given, and act as befits a legionnaire of Blackwater. We hope that you join our Legion, and we can’t wait to see you in the verse!

Safety and Security

At Blackwater, we dream of a secure Stanton, safe for the people to make their way through the chaos of their lives without dealing with more hardship than necessary. We task ourselves with the protection of miners, traders, and haulers, and we hunt down those who dare bring harm to civilians.

Training and Mentorship

It can be harsh, making a life in a new system with only a ship and 5000 UEC to your name. At Blackwater, we pride ourselves on lifting up our fellows to the betterment of all. We hope to guide those in need, so the next generation can do the same, and with the cycle make the verse a beautiful place to be.

Prowess, Pride, and Profit

Blackwater Legionnaires are the best of the best, and we get paid like the best of the best. We do our jobs quick, clean, and above and beyond the client’s satisfaction, and we fly home to our friends and families at the end of the day with enough cash to make the risk more than worthwhile.

Charter

GENERAL LAWS:

1) Don’t be a jerk or troll

2) Show respect for others regardless of Race, Religion, Culture, Political Beliefs, Sexual Orientation or Gender. We will not tolerate hate speech or discrimination.

3) For any issues with another member, speak to a superior and let them know of the situation (no matter how big or small).

These Laws will be expanded on a later date when deemed necessary.

Violation of these will result in 1/3 warnings or immediate termination based on response and severity. Honestly, we’re all pretty chill people who just love video games. These laws should be easy to follow.

GAMEPLAY RULES (Roleplay)

Being an RP (Role Play) organization, we encourage players to maintain a persona while in-game that would be befitting of the gameplay style we are aiming for. Think… Shadow Company from Modern Warfare 2022. We definitely don’t expect academy award-winning immersion but we strongly encourage you to do your best. As someone relatively new to RP, I actually find it to be really fun! XD

This includes the following:
1) Follow the chain of command. 2) Do not impersonate a rank that is not yours. 3) Do not perform duties outside those of your rank without permission from a superior officer of Rank 3 or higher. 4) Do not attack innocent civilians (other players), or cause damage to non-hostile targets. 5) Engaging pirates (NPCs or Wanted Players) that would harm you, or citizens, is allowed.

Violation of these rules will result in a warning before demotion. Further violations will lead to termination.

Note: All rank and organization related information is provided in the discord for all members to view. I promise it’s not overly complicated or convoluted. Also, keep in mind that these rules apply only in-game and only when associating with other Blackwater members, activities or events…for now lol
