Following a major scandal involving the Neo Galactic Advancement Foundation’s chairman and subsequent fallout of upper management in 2947, many employees of the foundation looked to distance themselves from it. Invoking Clause E.503 of their employment contracts, they severed all ties and founded Starbound Universal [E503] to continue their work independently.
