Charter
Article I: Name and Purpose
Section 1: The name of this organization shall be Starforge Industries.
Section 2: The purpose of Starforge Industries is to excel in industrial gameplay within the Star Citizen universe. Our mission is to establish a leading presence in resource extraction, refining, manufacturing, and logistics, driving progress and prosperity.
Article II: Membership
Section 1: Membership in Starforge Industries is open to all individuals who share our vision, abide by our values, and adhere to the rules and regulations set forth in this charter.
Section 2: Members shall respect and support one another, fostering a positive and inclusive community within the organization.
Section 3: All members shall actively contribute to the organization’s goals and engage in industrial gameplay activities to the best of their abilities.
Article III: Organizational Structure
Section 1: Starforge Industries shall operate under a hierarchical structure with defined ranks and divisions.
Section 2: Ranks shall be based on experience, expertise, and contributions to the organization’s industrial gameplay efforts. Promotions and responsibilities shall be determined by leadership and based on merit.
Section 3: Divisions shall be established to focus on specific areas of industrial gameplay, such as mining, refining, manufacturing, logistics, & salvage.
Section 4: Leadership positions, including Directors, Managers, and Supervisors, shall be appointed based on demonstrated leadership qualities and a commitment to the organization’s success.
