Since the beginning of time there has always been that one guy, the guy that goes out of his way to help someone in need for no reason at all. Throughout the years that one guy has found others that feel the same and over time has banded together all of the helpful citizens he could, this is the ultimate implementation of that one guys dreams, to have all of the helpful citizens in one spot, ready to help, ready to fight and ready to be the best citizens they can for the good of the universe and for each other.
