H3LIOS’s head quarters are located near planet Tangarora which is primarily an ocean planet with research and development head quarters based on the ice caps.

Many of the permanent settlements on Planet Tongarora are undersea. This is due to the constant geological changes that occur on the surface. Temporary high priced tourism ventures are sent here as beautiful island’s often form for days or weeks at a time. It’s a rare glimpse into natural changes on a vast geological scale.
