Hawk Company focuses on three aspects.
First is to create a small tightly knit group of players who enjoy working together to improve their skills, and to advance their in-game careers with funds they earn using those skills.
-building and passing skills
-hawks help other hawks when possible

Second is to conduit otherwise unavailable missions from organizations to Hawk Company members, and outside contractors.
This second function allows organizations to maintain their anonymity while still completing their tasks
-our model allows organizations to contact publicly advertising contractors or to contact contract brokers for unlisted members
-this side of our org is ever expanding,
Thirdly is to remember this is a game
-remember to have fun
-not to take events personally
-not to attack other people personally
-real life comes first
1. Hawk Company will complete clients’ goals.
2. Hawk Company members will not kill each other.
2.1. If rule 2 is found in conflict with rule 1, rule 2 is void. Members will hold no grudges against each other.
2.2. Contract Brokers will make every attempt to avoid the implementation of rule 2.1.
3. No harassment
3.1. Hawk Company will not accept jobs designed for harassment.
3.2. Hawk Company members will not intentionally harass other players.
4. There are no ranks, ranks are used to help potential employers contact ideal candidates for skill specific jobs
4.1. Ambassadors are representatives from other organizations, and are unbound by this charter.
4.2. Contractors work outside of this charter, but will be requested to abide by it.
4.3. Admin roles are voluntary and may be accepted or relinquished at any time.
Definitions for each skill specific category.
Ace Pilot – Combat capable individuals specializing in flying small crafts solo, in escort, and in wings.
Midshipman – Specialists familiar with the various disciplines of multi-crew ships
Bounty Hunter – Self sufficient generalists capable of finding other players and getting the job done.
Shock Trooper – Effective planet side, on board vessels, or on space walks.
Contract Broker- Members who Network between clients, Hawk Company members, and outside contractors.
