Our Intent as an airline is to become renowned for establishing a safe, comfortable and satisfying travel for you, your employees or family throughout the Verse.

The Logistics Divison – HellTRANS
In addition to our personal transport department, we take care of your cargo and freight with our HellTRANS Divison.
We are able to deliver individual items or anything boxed in standard portable boxes up to huge loads of bulk goods in Standard Container Units (SCUs) and cargo containers.

Our Fleet (as at December 2953)
For concerns of efficiency we choose ships that are capable of dealing with both aspects of transportation, personal and goods.
(Note: The fleet is continously changing due to the availability of ships in the game)

HellAIR Transport & Logistics – Rules and Code of Conduct

What is the main purpose of our company? Earning Money? No! That is the second one.
The first one is: Reputation! To achieve a 5-Star positive Reputation, it’s important that all employees act according to the rules:

Airline Division

- Be friendly. In the first instance!
A smile is your best friend in contact with our customers.
We don’t provoke anyone in the verse and shooting is the last resort. Whenever the advocacy/security interrogates you, you always should prove “The other one started it!”

- The customer always comes first! (After ‘flight safety’, of course)
Whenever a paying customer has a concern or demand, take care of it. We want to gain a good (better: perfect) reputation and want to be known for our outstanding customers service

- As an applicant and employee, you should…no, you MUST keep your private record clean. Our team has to be innocent as a newborn child

Cargo Division

- Keep your fingers from illegal goods!
Depending on the system you are working in, some goods will be considered “illegal”. So keep the cargo bay clear of theese! In other Systems the same products may be legal to trade, then do it there.

- Take care of our ships!
Some may say, we got ‘some pretty old ladies’ around here – but tell me: How do you think they got this old..?

- Be in time!
On cargo runs time management is essential. Plan your routes conscientiously and keep in mind that always there could be an incident, technically or maybe an attack by pirates

- Remember:
A good landing means, you can safely exit the ship on your own.
A perfect landing means, you could immediatly return to the ship and take off again!
