In pursuit of these noble goals, we hereby establish this charter to guide our actions, define our principles, and ensure the cohesion and effectiveness of our organization.

Article I: Purpose and Objectives

1.1 Purpose:
The purpose of HitCrew is to serve as a dedicated anti-pirate organization, committed to hunting down criminals, protecting innocent civilians, and promoting peace and stability in the galaxy.

1.2 Objectives:
a. To identify, track, and apprehend individuals and organizations engaged in piracy, smuggling, and other criminal activities.
