History

Pre-Establishment History

The founder of IMARS, Anadia Shark, originates form a non-UEE system, Leir. She learned of many things that have happen around her system:
  • Garron II, where a native Race was killed due to UEE Greed;
  • Kaleeth’ala destroyed during 2nd Tevarin War with near extinction of the Tevarin race;
  • Also Rumors of Kabal System, An ex-Tevarin system currently taken over by UEE which does not allow Tevarin to return to their planet.

This inspired her to leave the safety of Mya – Leir to explore the verse. Learning more about the UEE; Responding to distress beacons and ending in Stanton system.

Established In 2950

In 2950 there has been really high demand for rescue services especially around Aberdeen – Stanton. Many pilots were losing their ship on this planet. This prompted Anadia to founded this organisation to support individuals with rescue and medical services.

Also known as IMARS is primarily an medical organisation. We also do our best as to prevent extinction of endangered alien races. Our organisation is not part of UEE, and we support both legal citizens and those with criminal record. We are here to support the individuals and not the bureaucrats! However this does not mean we engage in those illicit activities such as piracy or combat.

We Provide The Following Services:

  • Search and Rescue Services
  • Providing Health Care.
  • Shipping of Medical Goods.
  • Protection for Endangered Races

Recruiting, Who Are We Looking For2

We at IMARS recruit variety of individuals with different skills and experiences. Even though we are a medical organisation we require many different ships and abilities:
  • Drake Cutlass Red – Pilots and Doctors.
    • Smaller search and rescue missions of injured individuals.
  • RSI Apollo Medivac – Pilots and Doctors.
    • Larger search and rescue missions of injured individuals.
  • RSI Apollo Triage – Pilots and Doctors.
    • Full medical support to critically injured individuals.
  • Any Cargo Ship – Pilots
    • Supplement of medical goods.
  • Any Ship with spare seating – Pilots
    • Search and rescue of individuals with low individuals or who have lost their ship.
  • Any Salvage Ships – Pilots and Operators
    • Salvage of ships found during search and rescue.
  • Any Repair Ships – Pilots and Operators
    • Repair of our ships, and ships of paying costumers.

1 IMARS is for supportive players that want to make Star Citizen enjoyable for many other players. The idea behind the org is to be generally good with out being too limiting to members on what type of gameplay they can enjoy. When org reputation becomes a thing we hope to keep the org barely in positive. We focus on PVE content rather that playing PVP but because this is an MMO You still might encounter PVP.

2 We are looking to mainly cover following gameplay:

  • Medical gameplay including search & rescue, healing, and transporting to hospitals.
  • Prison brake out.
  • Shipping, trading and smuggling of medical, recreational and other goods.
  • Salvage
  • Repair
  • Most importantly have fun.

Also just because a gameplay loop isn’t featured here doesn’t mean we don’t do it.

Charter

Combat1

IMARS does not condone their members engaging in combat unless provoked, and encourages the use of non-lethal weapons.
All combat with engendered races should be avoided when possible.

Legality2

The Organisation does not support the UEE, and thus, is not afraid to brake laws if they are preventing us from achieving our goals:
  • Search and “Rescue”.
  • Supplying “Medical” Goods
  • Providing Medical care to all
  • Protecting Endangered races

Rules Of Conduct

IMARS does not tolerate any prejudice or harassment. We do not accept anyone who indulges in Racism, Sexism, Homophobia and other types of Discrimination.

We also have strict 0 tolerance policy for cheaters. This includes:
  • Hacking (Hacking the game it self; Does not include, hacking as a gameplay loop.)
  • Stream Sniping
  • Exploiting (Excluding for testing purposes and bug reporting during alpha.)
