History Manifesto Charter

History

Started from the remnants of various MechWarrior clans’ members, brought together on the interstellar battlefield – well, the virtual battlefield of pixels back in the SC year 2932. Knights Of The Apocalypse [ KAx ] started out piloting mechs and played later under the ST-6 name for America’s Army after discovering how well we functioned in FPS together, we decided to meet up IRL and have been playing games together for many years now across many genres.

Manifesto

KAx exists for the simple mission of making money through mercenary, industry, extortion, exploration and contract work. We are not White Knights, nor are we Black Knights. We are Knights Of The Apocalypse. We have no loyalties. We have no enemies. We answer to no man.

We take on most contracts. If you or your Org are having issues that cause you to have need for protection, we can sign a protection contract. If your ship, capital to flea fighter, has taken damage in deep space, we can offer on-site repairs for the right price. Have a vital package that you need delivered? We can offer courier services (with or without escort wing). Even though we are neutral towards other Orgs, we consider ourselves to be…flexible in our morality. Let’s just say, we are not above more…dubious contracts.

You get the picture. You need services, we want your money. Open your MobiGlass and contact one of the Four Horsemen to request services.

Charter

The rules that Knights Of The Apocalypse set forth are as follows.

  1. We do not grief other citizens without cause (usually), but we aren’t above taking out rivals without remorse.
  2. We respect the rights and property of all Org members.
  3. We can take a joke, but any serious insults against Org members is grounds for immediate termination.
  4. Getting caught blatantly using cheats/exploits is grounds for immediate termination with no chance for reassignment.
  5. We value the almighty UEC above all else. If you knowingly and/or intentionally cause damage to the reputation or income of KAx, you will be put up for review for termination or suspension.
  6. We are an 18+ Org and only make exceptions for the children of other Org members and only if they are deemed responsible enough to adhere to the KAx’s standards.
  7. Minimum one dozen sacrificial doughnuts per week while signed on.

(Disclaimer: With all this info in mind, we do know that there is a life outside of piloting. We fully accept that there will be times of extenuating circumstances. We have an Org to run and expect that everyone who joins knows that there is a lot of work that goes into running a proper Org and sometimes we just don’t have patience for shenanigans. But we are also human and know that sometimes **** happens.)
