Those who seek to join will be offered compensation in the form is services, such as subsidized repairs and equipment, and also granted payment on commission, rising with rank.

Kerberos offers a merit-based system of promotions that allows for anyone, no matter their rank at the begging, to rise in rank, as high as Admiral of the fleet. As a new member of KSC your skills will be evauluated, and you will be given a role fitting your own personal abilities, be it combat pilot, or logistics officer.

Section I. Mission Statement

Kerberos Security ltd (Ticker: KSC) is a private defense contractor headquartered in Shanghai, Earth. Founded by Everett Mills, Kerberos prides itself on providing the highest level of security to all of it’s clients. KSC offers protective services to a variety of clients, and holds a no-questions policy in regards to a client’s motives, or reasoning. Kerberos also serves as a platform for potential bounty hunters, and upstart lawmen who are in need of work.

Section II. Applications & Recruitment

Those who wish to apply to join KSC must apply directly to a recruitment officer. Any applications that have not been previously screened by a recruitment officer will be denied on the spot.

Section III. Rules and Guidelines

1. Members are to obey orders from their CO
2. Priority of orders follows the internal Hierarchy
3. You are never to harm a member of KSC, or an associate.
4. Job offers will be relayed to you by your CO. You have the right to decline.
5. If your CO, or one of your colleagues violates any of the above rules, you are to report them
6. A High Admiral’s word is final
7. If you receive an expulsion or suspension, you may appeal to an officer
8. You are never to harm a client, unless they attempt to harm you, or an ally first.
9. 15% of all contract fees are given to Cellica Industries for dividends, and security funds.
10. Officers are to recognize the authority of Cellica Industries officials above their own
11. Promotions are earned on merit alone, and bribes are against code
12. Illegal contraband is to be reported directly to your CO, unless you invoke the Internal Conflict policy
13. In cases of extreme valor, promotions, bonuses, and command roles as reward are taken under consideration
14. All KSC members are to respect each other, as well as those serving Cellica Industries
15. These rules apply even when you are off duty.

Section IV. Policies

“No questions” – KSC prides its self on maintaining the privacy of all out clients. As such, when you employ us, we will ask no questions of you that may compromise your personal privacy.

“Deposit” – KSC requires all clients pay our base rate before hand, so that we can pay for insurance on our vessels, and protect against fraud. If you posses a platinum loyalty tier or higher, you will not be required to pay the deposit.

“Hostile cargo” – In instance of a battle, KSC holds the right to collect any cargo from the wreckage of hostile ships. If the client desires any of the acquired cargo (barring contraband) Kerberos is willing to sell it to them for half of it’s face value.

“False Colors” – No member of KSC shall fly false colors whilst on duty. You are to identify by your name, rank, and affiliation with KSC. Penalties for violations range from temporary suspensions, demotions, up to expulsion of the guilty party.

“Criminal Activities” – No member of KSC is to openly commit a crime, barring when it is absolutely necessary to complete a job. In such instances, you are expected to file a report to your superior upon completion of said job.

“Inspection and Contraband” – In the instance of a bounty surrendering, or being captured, the apprehending pilot is responsible to inspect the captured vessel for contraband, and other items of questionable legality. If contraband is found, you are to contact your immediate superior

“Internal conflict” – If you witness a colleague, or a superior break any of the stated policies or rules, you are to immediately report it to their superior. Should you fear a conspiracy among the ranks, you are to report to the highest ranked official who you believe to not be involved. If such actions are not sufficient, you are to report to an Internal affairs officer working for Cellica Corporate.

“Open Transfer” – With Kerberos’ acquisition by Cellica Industries, KSC now allows for open transfer from and to other members orgs of CLC. Any organization listed as a subsidiary of Cellica now accepts transfers from Kerberos.
