Following a regrettable incident amidst a public “Looking for Group” (LFG) operation at Jumptown, during which a meticulously devised strategy unraveled within moments due to the intervention of an inexperienced dogfighter, the genesis of M1 transpired in the aftermath of the profound frustration stemming from this catastrophic defeat. Driven by the need to establish an environment that fosters competitive excellence and the seamless exchange of knowledge, this organization emerged with a fundamental principle: the mandatory endorsement of any recruits introduced into its ranks, coupled with the provision that failure to meet predefined standards would lead to expulsion.

Charter
1. Recruitment Protocol: All new recruits must be vouch-based. Failure to meet expectations will result in immediate expulsion.
2. Zero Tolerance for Stream Sniping: Engaging in stream sniping will result in immediate expulsion from the organization.
3. No Place for Toxicity: Toxic behavior among members is strictly unwelcome. Disputes and conflicts are expected to be resolved outside the server environment.
4. Secrecy is Paramount: Sharing organization secrets or discussing ongoing operations will result in immediate termination.
5. Rewards Aligned with Dedication: Operation rewards will be determined based on the resources dedicated by members, ensuring a fair and just distribution.
6. Combat logging is strictly prohibited. Any occurrence of combat logging will lead to immediate expulsion from the organization and the imposition of a red warning status, which signifies ‘Kill on Sight’ protocols for future encounters within the organization.
