History

MAGNATION’s beginning was quite frequent within the universe in 2893 by a man called Alex Jugo. This company is relatively small just making it’s small profits through out the universe. Jugo started his business through taking civilians and traders from the outer parts of the galaxies that are not visited frequently to other not so visited places. This allowed him to charge a relatively good amount of money for the service, one of the passengers took an interest in the company and this is where the second pilot came to be. This slowly happened and the business slowly grew.

That was until in 2937 when on one of their flights a stray ship came into sights. This soon became a problem when the ship opened fire and killed a lot of the crew and passengers. Jugo managed to survive but all reputation he had gained was now lost and a lot of the pilots quit and went elsewhere. One pilot stayed on and when Jugo finally retired this pilot took on the company from him and promised him to make the company great once again.

It is now 2945, 8 years have passed since the incident and this pilot is still going about making these jobs for the sake of the promise and hopes that one day his effort will pay off and the company will be great once more. This pilots name is Henry Migo and he is not going to give up!

This is the story of the company and I hope that you are intrigued in helping me become a great Business in the universe. Let’s see what the universe has in store for us and travel to the furthest depths of it!

Manifesto

Intentions

The intentions of this company is rather simple.
- The satisfactory of the customer being taken from A to B.
- The exploration of the universe and knowledge of it.
- Expansion of the company.

What we want

That being said we are looking for people who are also interested in these areas. We are less likely to hire someone who is heavy interested in combat, as we have no need for them. We want people who just want to explore the universe that have been given to us and help others around it. Obviously, there may be cases when we hire protection in certain areas due to bandit or pirate activity, but we are less likely to fly those routes often and we can just hire mercenaries for those jobs.

In the future we do plan on recruiting real people to be looking after the passengers, this is a more high end aim as AI offer limited character to the flight whereas, a real person is more engaging and has better character. This would mean we are also likely to look for people who have skills in communication, organisation and can control certain situations.

We will be looking for people who want to scout out the universe and gain information which we can sell on and others who will pilot people either as a taxi service or as a planned flight with more than 15 passengers. This pilot must be dedicated and reliable, he must also have people skills. This consists of communication, understanding and control, these will help make him a better pilot and give the company a better reputation. We do not expect this to be there at first as it comes with experience, but we want someone who is willing to pick up these aspects and use them.

What we offer

We offer respect to all members of the crew, no matter what background they came from, what race they are, what skin colour or nationality. We are there to support each other and help each other through tough times. Anyone seen doing otherwise will be punished respectively.

Compensation if needed for people who have suffered accidents through others, the cost of their ship would be covered through insurance and you will need to have insurance to fly with our company. But we will offer help if anything happens and you cannot cover the cost for injuries, or trauma.

We also offer events that can consist of racing, partying, meetings and get together’s. This is in hope that company will form a bond with its employees so that they are happy with the company and they will perform their tasks better, they will hopefully be happier and get along with each other and know one another.

Departments

The current departments within the company will stick to two areas for the moments as there is no need to expand on them yet. These are:
- Transport
- Exploration
These will be expanded upon once the company has got going and suggestion are made throughout the company.
