Major Combat Operations (MCO)
Strategy, precision, and victory—it’s not just our mission; it’s our expertise.
Major Combat Operations (MCO) emerges as a pioneering force in the private paramilitary sector. Founded to address a distinct and discreet operations niche, MCO stands out by delivering specialized services that set us apart from competitors. Our organizational strength lies in the adept assembly of a diverse range of expertise across various tactical disciplines, enabling us to seamlessly execute both tactical and non-tactical operations. We excel at capitalizing on opportunities presented by mission sets.
At MCO, we prioritize customer confidentiality while unwaveringly concentrating on mission success. Our operational approach ensures that we operate in the shadows—swift, stealthy, and beyond detection. Our clients won’t foresee our arrival, and the reasons behind our success will remain shrouded in secrecy.

CPOPRIDE
“Fight with a happy heart and strong spirit”
Gen. James (Mad Dog) Mattis
Let us first begin with some of my favorite quotes.
1. Prepare for the unknown by studying how others in the past have coped with the unforeseeable and the unpredictable. (George S. Patton)
2. There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure. (Colin Powell)
3. Prepare for the plan to hit the preverbal fan, then act on your training so that you win the fight. let others for the time being win the war. (CPOPRIDE)
4. Maneuver with purpose, engage with overwhelming force, dominate with violence of action and break the will of the enemy with the prospect of a vicious death. (CPOPRIDE)
5. Remember being the hammer can be a chaotic endeavor necessitating the need for enormous resources in order to wheel. Sometimes all that is needed is the accuracy of a well-executed cut by scalpel, generally sufficient to ensure success. (CPOPRIDE)
The remaining refinements of the Manifesto are under development. However below are the key points of Ideology, Commanders Intent, and Mission Statement.

Mission Statement
Major Combat Operations (MCO) serves as the action provider when called upon, whether within or beyond the normal constraints of UAEE purview. Our commitment to predetermined success involves deliberate planning, leveraging the diverse talents within our organization. To achieve this, we prioritize being a well-organized and disciplined team, employing proven intelligence gathering techniques, military tactical planning tools, objective-based action rehearsals, and, ultimately, accomplishing the mission. Demanding excellence and professionalism in all aspects of our work aligns with the expectations our customers have of us.
Anonymity stands as our promise and the cornerstone of our organization—our operations are executed with a level of stealth that ensures they’ll never see us coming, and they’ll never know why.
