MISC Mining, Fueling & Transport / NC774 is a cooperative organization utilizing solely MISC-manufactured aerospacecraft. Combining Prospector, Starfarer, Freelancer, Reliant, and Hull series variants to establish a thriving industrial-based coop with the most dedicated engineers in the ‘Verse.

History

MISC Mining, Fueling & Transport began it’s life in 2805, with the formation of Musashi Industrial and Starflight Concern. With the introduction of the Freelancer and Starfarer, and a promise of more craft to come, NC774 was formed. Where many saw value of MISC spacecraft individually, NC774 saw potential in numbers, combining the unique aspects of each model and variant to form one thriving cooperative organization.

Manifesto

There are plenty of roles to be filled. Below is an outline for the general organization of this cooperative.

MINING: mining will be done using the Prospector mining platform

FUELING: fueling will be done using the Starfarer BASE and GEMINI variants

TRANSPORT: transporting cargo will be done using
  • Starfarer BASE and GEMINI variants
  • Hull A, B, C, D, and E variants
  • Reliant KORE, MAKO, SEN, and TANA variants
  • Freelancer BASE, DUR, MAX, and MIS variants
ASSET PROTECTION: asset protection includes
  • space/air combat maneuvering, eliminating or discouraging:
    • pirates/thieves
    • citizens with ill-intent
    • other space-borne threats to NC774 assets
OTHER ROLES:
  • manning multi-crew spacecraft, including:
    • managing shields/weapons/power systems
    • repairing damaged components
    • handling cargo
    • manning turrets
    • ramp work
  • EVA-ing, including:
    • repairing spacecraft components
    • boarding nearby spacecraft
    • handling cargo/ore containers
  • engaging in combat with undesirable entities both in and outside of spacecraft, including
    • pirates/thieves
    • citizens with ill-intent
    • other lifeforms
