NEBCO Company History

NEBCO, also known as Nebula Corporation, was founded in the early days of the United Empire of Earth’s (UEE) colonization efforts in the 29th century. The company was established by a group of entrepreneurs who saw an opportunity to provide essential goods and services to the growing number of settlers in the far reaches of the galaxy.

In its early years, NEBCO focused primarily on supplying the various mining operations that were being established throughout the galaxy. NEBCO Company Charter

Article I: Name and Purpose

Section 1. Name. The name of this corporation is Nebula Corporation, hereafter referred to as NEBCO.

Section 2. Purpose. The purpose of NEBCO is to engage in various business activities, including but not limited to: exploration, research and development, manufacturing, transportation, and security.

Article II: Membership

Section 1. Membership. Membership in NEBCO is open to all individuals and entities that meet the qualifications for membership as determined by the Board of Directors.

Section 2. Voting Rights. Each member of NEBCO’s Board of Directors shall have one vote in all matters.

Section 3. Termination of Membership. Membership in NEBCO may be terminated by the Board of Directors for cause or misconduct.

Article III: Board of Directors

Section 1. Powers. The affairs of NEBCO shall be managed by a Board of Directors, which shall have the power to manage and control the property, business, and affairs of NEBCO.

Section 2. Composition. The Board of Directors shall consist of the director for each geographical region.

Section 3. Term of Office. Each member of the Board of Directors shall serve indefinitely or until their successor is elected and qualified.

Article IV: Officers

Section 1. Officers. The officers of NEBCO shall consist of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and multiple Chief Operations Officers (COO) based on geographic regions, which the Board of Directors shall elect.

Section 2. Duties. The officers of NEBCO shall perform the duties customary to their respective offices, as well as any other duties assigned to them by the Board of Directors.

Article V: Meetings

Section 1. Special Meetings. Special meetings of NEBCO may be called by the President, the Board of Directors, or by the membership upon written request to the Board of Directors.

Article VI: Amendments

This charter may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the membership at any regular or special meeting of NEBCO, provided that written notice of the proposed amendment has been given to the membership at least thirty days before the meeting.
