The New York Pilots Association is a non-profit affiliation of UEE pilots who come from or currently reside in the New York Region on Earth.

History

The greater New York region includes areas previously known as the former state’s Capital Region and various geographically labeled sections such as Northern, Central and Western New York including the areas surrounding Niagara Falls. Sections of New York that have kept their names throughout the years include The Finger Lakes, The Southern Tier, Long Island , The Adirondacks as well as the Hudson, Mohawk and St Lawrence River Valleys.

One of the most important sections of the greater New York area is, of course, New York City, crown jewel of the UEE. New York City’s importance in trade and commerce has helped it remain a dominating force throughout not just North America but all of Earth. Because of New York City’s expansion over the past few hundred years, areas that had historically been thought of as being outside of the state, such as parts of New Jersey and Connecticut, are now well within the confines of the greater New York region.
