Our core philosophy is that our strength comes through unity in diversity. Prosper and develop the organization itself and the players it consists of.

We therefore accept all kinds of players. Be it miners, merchants, explorers, mercenaries or bounty hunters. We do however try to stay on the right side of the law, if there is one.

As the organization grows and natural leaders present themselves, we will adjust the structure as needed. By adding group leaders and specializing.

Our structure is simple enough, you are free to play as you like, as long as you do not go out of your way to become a criminal.

Mission Statement of Nex Exercitus
Nex Exercitus is a private security organization, that offers a number of services.
We believe in quality of service and strive to deliver the best possible service.

Security
We offer protection to VIP’s, convoys, and property. Transportation and retrieval of valuable cargo and bounty hunting. As a private enterprise, we do operate independently of states and governments. Nonetheless, we are obliged to respect the individual rights, established laws and treaties, and moral convention.

Intelligence
We perform Intelligence gathering through infiltration, surveillance and espionage. Transporting and safeguarding information for our own organization or for a customer.

Exploration
Our organization will push out into deep space to find resources and civilizations. The secrets of space is there for us to unlock.

Logistics
In addition to our own, we will also provide services as trade intermediaries: from simple transportation services to the operation of entire business enterprises for the customer, in addition to our own.

Industry
To provide our members with the absolute best hardware we stand for our own manufacturing and our own resource acquisition.

Organization
The CEO is responsible for decisions affecting the company as a whole.
The managing directors will run each of their divisions within the company rules and directives.
These positions carry the entrepreneurial risk and are, of course, set in stone.

Aside from the CEO and Directors, there are no fixed positions.
Every member can determine his or hers own position according to his knowledge, activity and abilities. Every member receives a voice in decision-making, this being proportionate to one’s activity and reliability. Rights and duties increase with the responsibility of the person.

Rules
To work as a team and follow Wheaton’s Law.
Integrate with the organization and its members.
Respect your organization members and their opinions, even if you disagree.
Those who intentionally harm other members or the reputation of the organization will be forced to leave.

We realize that you may have obligation in life, that will steal you away from your online family. However, we require notice regarding absences longer than 2 weeks. Inactive members will eventually be stricken from the roster.
Stay updated on corporation activities by reading forums and we ask that it be used vigorously.

All agreements must kept. As part of a mercenary organization you are responsible to uphold all agreements and treaties. You do however have the right to defend your self. In cases where you are forced to defend yourself against an allied org or a contracting organization, you are required to file a report this incident.

Double memberships are not allowed! We want our members to concentrate on their tasks at Nex Exercitus. A divided loyalty could harm that idea.
