Article I: Name and Purpose

Name: The name of this organization shall be Nexium Organization.
Purpose: The purpose of Nexium Organization is to provide exceptional freelancing and resource gathering services, facilitating exploration and discovery within the Star Citizen universe while fostering a community built on integrity, collaboration, and innovation.

Article II: Objectives
The objectives of Nexium Organization are as follows:

To engage in resource gathering activities, including mining, exploration, and contract execution.
To cultivate a network of partnerships and collaborations with other entities within the Star Citizen universe.
To uphold the values of integrity, excellence, adaptability, collaboration, and innovation in all operations.
To promote responsible practices and respect for the environments we explore.

Article III: Membership

Eligibility: Membership is by selection; the org lead will choose members based on their alignment with the values and mission of Nexium Organization.
Membership Categories:
Active Members: Individuals who participate regularly in activities and contribute to the organization’s objectives.
Supportive Members: Individuals who support the organization but may not participate actively.
Membership Responsibilities: Members are expected to uphold the organization’s values, contribute to discussions, and engage in activities in a positive and respectful manner.

Article IV: Governance

Decision-Making: The org lead holds the authority to make all major decisions regarding the organization’s operations and direction.
Leadership Role: The org lead will oversee all activities and represent the organization in external engagements.
Consultation: While the org lead will make final decisions, input and feedback from members will be sought to ensure a collaborative approach to our goals.

Article V: Meetings

Regular Meetings: The organization shall hold regular meetings to discuss objectives, progress, and upcoming activities, with the org lead facilitating these discussions.
Special Meetings: Special meetings may be called as needed to address urgent matters, with the org lead determining the agenda.
Quorum: A quorum shall consist of at least 50% of active members present to conduct official business, as deemed necessary by the org lead.

Article VI: Amendments

This charter may be amended at the discretion of the org lead, ensuring that any changes align with the mission and values of Nexium Organization.
