Security
We are an alliance between like-minded organizations willing to come to each other’s support in times of need, exchange information, and coordinate together frequently to foster closer organizational ties. Membership in the Nightfall Initiative is open to reputable lawful organizations.
History
Forming from the alliance of Nightingale Industries and Virtanen Intergalactic, the Nightfall Initiative has grown to become a symbol of hope and unity in an Empire frequently fraught with instability and corruption.
As the presence of XenoThreat and the Nine Tails increases throughout the Stanton system, Nightingale Industries and their ally, Virtanen Intergalactic, sought potential allies to join the fight. After a chance meeting in a bar on Orison, the leader of Nightingale Industries, Cmdr. Briggs, met Rear Admiral Fuller, the leader of the U.E.E.N. 12th Battle Group, who were actively fighting piracy across the Empire. The two discussed conducting wargames on various moons and planets around Stanton to train together, forging their forces in the fires of combat.
After some discussion with the CEO of Virtanen Intergalactic, Norfleet, the trio of organizations agreed, and October 5th, 2953, they conducted their first joint wargame. The event was a smashing success, and from seeds of that first encounter, has given rise to a strong and prosperous alliance.
Following the signing of the Nightfall Initiative Alliance Charter on Nightfall Platform above Orison, Nightingale Industries’ head office, the Nightfall Initiative was formed. Today, the alliance seeks further members to strengthen their numbers for the future, and secure a more safer, more prosperous future for the citizens of the United Empire of Earth.

Manifesto
The Nightfall Initiative seeks to:
- Establish a framework for cooperation and collaboration among member organizations.
- Enhance collective security, stability, and prosperity across the UEE.
- Foster unity and camaraderie among like-minded organizations dedicated to upholding UEE laws and promoting ethical conduct.
- Facilitate joint operations, intelligence sharing, and coordinated efforts to address common challenges and opportunities.
Through the formation of such an alliance, we can not only increase the collective security and prosperity across the Empire but create strong bonds between our organizations, and forge an alliance that will stand the test of time. Through working together, we will rise.
Charter
Nightfall Initiative Rules & Procedures:
Primary Operating Rules:
- All members of the Nightfall Initiative are bound by the rules of your home organization while operating with Nightfall. Breaking any of those rules is grounds for removal from the server.
- Keep chat mature and respectful, in both VCs and text chats. If we as a Council have to review your conduct more than twice, for any reason, the Council has the right to remove you from the server. Be mature adults, be good to each other, and don’t be a problem.
Primary Operating Procedures:
- For operational security, membership into the Nightfall server will only be granted to members who have significant time with their home organizations, such that they can be trusted to not leak operational details. In the event an event is leaked, membership of Nightfall will be examined, and newer members removed until deemed trustworthy.
- For matters going to the Council, each organization will have two votes to use. Any member of the council is capable of casting the votes, up to the discretion of their individual organization. Once those two votes are cast, no other member of the council from that org may cast an additional vote, and must allow the other organizations freedom to arrive at their own decisions.
- Reading and abiding by these Rules & Procedures is the responsibility of each individual member.
