History
The prodigious “Solutions” firm, Novaforge Industries, was brought into existence in the autumn of 2945. The two entrepreneurs that would eventually grow NFI into the powerhouse it is today started by turning a small aircraft garage into a flying firm dedicated to providing the best service in the Empire.
Manifesto
Novaforge Industries believes in 3 things above all:
- Commitment to our customers, including ensuring their privacy.
- Commitment to the job, making sure every task gets handled with supreme efficiency
- Commitment to our workforce, for together, we prosper as a company.
Charter
- All employees will ensure respect for themselves and other employees. Conduct yourself in a manner befitting the company.
- All employees will ensure the privacy of our contracts. Remember, privacy is a staple of our company.
- All employees will respond in a timely fashion (barring exceptions) to internal memos and requests from the board.
- Members of the board are required to be upstanding individuals, dutifully tasked to the improvement of the company.
- Members of the board are required to be present (barring exceptions) at board meetings.
- Speak up! We value the opinions of our employees, and are constantly looking to improve our company!
