General

The Obsidian Industries PMC was founded to provide a fun and relaxed gaming environment, The political structure of Obsidian Industries allows for all members to participate in running the company.

The members will all share equal say and rights although three members will hold a Director position, taking responsibility for guiding the company, administrative work, public relations, and ensuring that the will of the members is enacted.

Issues regarding the guild will be judged and voted upon by members with majority vote, however some issues may be vetoed by the three Directors.

The following members currently hold Director status:

Rights & Rules

• All Members of Obsidian Industries be required to display their {OBI} tags in game or related media.

• Members involved in dispute are given the right to have their case reviewed and resolved by other members of {OBI}.

• We request that our members refrain from any defamatory, derogatory, disrespectful, or generally insulting commentary, outside of group conversation.

• We ask our members to keep internal arguments outside the game environment, as we want a welcoming friendly environment

• Any form of cheating (including exploits) will be looked down upon and can earn punishment for offending members.

• Obsidian Industries members will be expected to help contribute towards improving the company and to help accomplish the goals of both the company and other members.
