History

With the fast paced growth of Phoenix Industries in the 29th century, some privateers, (contrary to the charter set down) began getting charged by the UEE dabbling in “illegal” activities. This was hurting the clean image of the Organisation and affecting military Contracts already in place.

Rather than expel these privateers from the Organisation, the Leaders decided to embrace these members and the enormous profits that could be made.

Of-coarse this was never made public knowledge, but soon the rumor’s started to spread.

Phoenix Marauders Code of Conduct.

We started this Organisation to have fun and kill some players, however; we must all play by the following code of conduct.

1. The most important criteria is that you respect all other members of Phoenix Marauders as well as the Star Citizen community while working under Phoenix Marauders. We hold respect, good sportsmanship and the citizens right to have fun above all else. Additionally, we also respect your right to defend yourself should another member of the community start trash talking.

2. ANYONE IN PHOENIX MARAUDERS CAUGHT CHEATING WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DISMISSED FROM THE ORGANISATION. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

3. Don’t use excess profanity on any server. The occasional slip is of course ok.

4. NO RACISM of ANY kind. We don’t care if a word doesn’t offend YOU or YOUR friends.

5. Have integrity – When an idiot is on the server don’t go back and forth with them. Getting tied up in an argument with an IDIOT makes us look bad and does nothing to solve the problem.

6. Fair play ALWAYS.

7. When we get our asses handed to us in a scrimmage etc. Don’t accuse ANYONE of anything or discuss things like this openly.
If we lose or get our asses kicked, take it like a man and learn from it. If there is some “problem”, discuss it first with the Senior Officers.
