We, the members of PULSAR Corp, a bold and unorthodox corporation navigating the vast universe of Star Citizen, establish this Charter to guide our actions, responsibilities, and values. As a band of misfits, lawbreakers, and law followers, we recognize our unique mission to explore, innovate, and thrive beyond the bounds of conventional norms. This Charter serves as our foundation, reflecting our diverse natures and shared goals.

Article I: Navigating Universal Laws

Flexibility in Allegiance: PULSAR Corp and its members pledge to align with the United Empire of Earth (UEE) and the United Empire of Earth Navy (UEEN) ONLY in the event of war with alien species. Outside of such crises, members have the autonomy to choose their adherence to laws and regulations, balancing personal discretion with collective goals.
