No Piracy – Our corporate policies requires compliance with UEE laws within regulated space. Please consult the Corporate Ethics Council if you have additional questions.

No Griefers – QCI maintains a zero tolerance policy for those caught griefing other players. Those found in violation of this policy will face immediate employment termination.

Exclusive – Our corporation excels at providing the highest standard in professionalism and quality employees for our customer needs. Potential applicants will face an extensive background investigation and drug screening.

Maturity and Professionalism – Employees are required to abide by leadership commands and decisions. Insubordination is extremely frowned upon and will be noted in your yearly performance review. Organization Structure and Advancement

Advancement within the organization will be based off participation, needs of the org, and what that member would eventually like to do.

Board of Directors – Made up of the directors and CEO, responsible for ORG direction and management

CEO – Handles day to day operations and diplomatic relations with other organizations

Director – Responsible for running a division of the organization and act as a member of the board

Executive Officer – Senior leader within a division, typically in charge of several officers

Officer – Leader within a division, typically leads wings or squads

Specialist – A member who specializes in a trade or skill.

Member – An active participant in the organization

Recruit – A new member, under a 2 week probation period before being promoted to member.
