As part of our dedication to excellent service, their identity and goals will be maintained, unless otherwise indicated as public information. Furthermore, our operations and trade secrets will remain undisclosed unless previously authorized for public dissemination from Corporate HQ.
Health and Safety
We are dedicated to a (relatively) safe working environment. It should be understood that enterprises of our nature will have inherent risk, and care should be taken to mitigate that risk.
Conflict of Interest
No employee will entertain a conflict of interest. Employees will be allowed to engage in other organizations; as long as this engagement is not on company time or resources, and that the organization in question does not have policies adversely dissimilar to our own.
Use of Company Resources
Company resources, including time, material, equipment and information, are provided for company business use only. Occasional personal use is permissible as long as it does not affect job performance or cause a disruption to the workplace. This must be preapproved and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
A Note for SubContractors
The nature of our work and the size of our organization will frequently require that we delegate some of our contract responsibilities to other organizations and affiliates. Careful consideration will be employed prior to the employment of the aforementioned groups. Reputation, propensity to represent our company faithfully, and likelyhood to operate in line with our goals, shall be considered prior to hiring. Egregious deviations from these parameters during joint operations will result in a discontinuation of business relations with that group.
