1) Employees must provide the safety of the customer during recovery.
2) Employees must agree on a price for the recovery with the customer before the process & recovery fees must be fair.
3) Employees must deliver the recovered vessel to the customer’s desired point.
4) Employees must deliver the recovered vessel intact, without damage (excluding prior damage).
