Initially, there were plans to uplift this species, but the regime’s greed led to the planet’s exploitation. In 2792, terraforming operations commenced on Garron II, resulting in the extermination of its indigenous life forms—a tragedy known as the Massacre of Garron II.
This atrocity, broadcast over the Spectrum by the activist group Tide, ignited widespread dissent and open revolts against the Messer regime.
