Not so long ago, humanity and its allies—the Xi’an and Banu—maintained a fragile peace in a turbulent galaxy. Then, everything changed when the United Empire of Earth (UEE) made first contact with the Vanduul.

Fear swept across the Empire as the savage, nomadic Vanduul tore through defenseless colonies, leaving devastation in their wake. Demand for weaponry and defense systems skyrocketed as citizens, corporations, and local governments sought to safeguard their homes. But just when defensive arms were needed most, they became scarce. Few corporations were prepared for the overwhelming need—until Solstice Defence Hub (SDH) rose to meet it.

Solstice was originally founded as a trade and logistics corporation during a time long forgotten, its roots tracing back through centuries of interstellar commerce. For generations, Solstice served the Empire’s trading routes and partnered with emerging settlements. But in 2689, as Vanduul raids intensified and the UEE stretched its military thin across the front lines, Solstice saw the opportunity—and responsibility—to fill a critical void in the Empire’s defenses. This monumental pivot, now known as The Gamble, transformed Solstice from a merchant enterprise to a premier arms manufacturer.

Rebranding as Solstice Defence Hub, the corporation focused on providing the weaponry and defensive installations civilians and local militias needed to protect their own. In the tumultuous years that followed, SDH earned the trust of frontier worlds, settlements, and industrious outposts, becoming synonymous with security and resilience. The SDH insignia stamped on every weapon became a badge of pride for those defending UEE space from the Vanduul threat, and for Solstice, it became the emblem of their legacy—a legacy of solidarity and survival, forged in the fires of war.

Today, Solstice Defence Hub remains steadfast in its mission to protect the citizens of UEE space, providing the tools and systems they need to fortify their homes, towns, and colonies. Where the military cannot reach, SDH arms those on the home front, ensuring every corner of the Empire stands ready to face whatever darkness the galaxy holds.

Article IV: Governance
The governance of Solstice Defence shall include:

Executive Council
The council oversees strategic initiatives, ensuring all projects align with the company’s mission and principles.

Operations Division
Responsible for managing product development, manufacturing, and installation services, the Operations Division ensures quality control and adherence to safety standards.

Client Relations Team
This team is dedicated to fostering communication and trust with clients, providing updates on orders, support, and ongoing training.

Article V: Amendments and Revisions
Amendments to this charter may be proposed by any member of the Executive Council and shall be ratified by a majority vote. Amendments must align with the core principles and mission of Solstice Defence.
