The will of a discrete group of intelligent beings for the knowledge development into planetary systems symbiont terraforming.
History
From the roots of People’s Alliance of Levski who moved and stablished colonies at non-terraformed planets grows the will for develope, test and share knowledge around the colonization and stablishment of sustainable communities.
All this people, motivated by technological terraform knowledge exchange, decided to collect all the knowledge adquired in human story in order to compare and develop a compendium on terraforming with the participation of the other intelligent races.
The headquarters are located near the Perry Line, in the Nyx System, in commemoration of the end of the conflicts between Xi’an and Humans and the beginning of their terraforming relationships.
Manifesto
We, Souli Symbioum Terraform’s people, are dedicated to the creation and continual development of a truly Symbious Terraform System which allows civilizations, doesn’t matter where they comes from, to learn, investigate, develope and share all process involved.
Charter
Rules:
- The Souli is not defined yet and first phase will be The Manifesto. The chosen group of people to define this document will write the Name, Objectives, Rules, Limits and Main Purpouse of the Souli.
- Every single civilization, race or colective is allowed to participate.
- Membership is discret, sended by invitation. One of the requirements is the contribution in ‘Verse community.
- The activities and results are public. All knowledge would be accessible for everyone, but only for those who look for it.
