We, here at Stability, plan to support the member. Creating Jobs, find Jobs, Supporting Jobs. Our Corporation seeks supply colonies, stations, and UEE Citizens with goods and resources. Our Dream is to help them create their dreams.

Our Law is our contracts. We are obligated to follow through with any deal we sign. Our signature is our word, and our vow.

Following Rules:
-We are Legal to the UEE
-We are a support structure to the Freelancer Trader, Though we provide full membership too those who seek it.
-We use discord as comms (ATM) aioninitiative.com/StabilityCorp
-Spectrum will be our Informational Hub

We hold two positions Citizens that does not tie you to this Corp, Those are:
*Trader*-a position that is a testing period, these member are introduced into our ranks and methods. To help them determine if they make a good fit, and if they enjoy how we as a Corp. play. They can come in as a full member or Affiliate. They are trained to how we fly in mass or with escorts and so on. These member also are here to assist the Officers of the ship by helping manage the ships shields, firing the turrets, and moving/ managing the cargo on the ship. Traders will be paid if they are fully a member, if they are not a member they will be paid as a freelancer
*Freelancer*- these members are only affiliates. They are Citizens that we outsource contracts to or bring into contract to help support it. Either way they are paid via the the contract that we both sign. Freelancers will need to supply their own ships, personal to man their ships, ammo, and insurance. Unless they pay for us to provide these services.

We have four positions that are for members of this Corp. These are:
*Officer*- Citizens become Officers when they have decided to stay a member and have gone through the trial period as a Trader. Officers will fly ships for the Corporation, or support the ships being flown.
*Executive Officer*- The XO are Officers of experience. Trusted to fly any and all ships. They also are responsible for the organization of flight, tactics, and other Officers. They are the trusted voice to make the calls in the darkness of space. They fly one ship while commanding the others.
*Support Officer*- This member is a Officer that has shown their skills in command of ships and men. But they want to be more overall picture. No longer support and command the players of the same sectors and ships as them. They want to support the Corporation as a whole. These members outside of their fly time and contracts they must uphold, they manage money, manning, materials, and contract creations. They also running our public affairs, marketing, and other auxiliary jobs.
*Head Officer*- This is the top offices. This is where org-org deals are made. growth of the Corporation comes from. The Head Officers can fly ships. But this office is design to manage all external forces of the org, from spectrum to discord. These individuals will be more support of the org then anyone else.

I hope this is clear from the positions, though if it isn’t. We aim too support any and all citizens that are our members or contracts to us. In the end we recognize that this is a game that we all put our time and money into. Stability’s goal is to ensure you enjoy that by trying to give you a org that supports your game play.
