In addition, we will always set up an easy to understand contract including all information to achieve our goal. Additions will be possible to be added to a contract to meet your specific claims.
Moreover you will get detailed information¹ how we are going to meet our goal and/or to accomplish our mission.

General Terms and Conditions

– Concluding a Contract:

§1 An offer of agreement from costumer to TEC can only be accepted by the companys CEO, the Senior Manager of the specific department or an authorized Junior Manager.

§2 An offer may or may not be accepted. Titan Enforcement Corp. reserves the right to refuse any order without appointment of a specific substrate.

§3 An order, that adversely affects another customer under contract in any way is not valid. This judge is subject to Titan Enforcement Corp.

§4 Fulfilled contracts may be made public by TEC for advertisement reasons. We offer a possibilty of confidential contracts. Confidential contracts and missions must be declared as such before the contract is accepted by TEC.

– During the Contract:

§5 Titan Enforcement Corp. assumes no liability for malpractice, human error and/or technical failure on the clients part.

§6 The instructions of the authorized Titan Enforcement Corp. employees during a mission must be obeyed wherever possible to allow a secure fit.

§7 Possible misconduct of (a) TEC employee(s) must be reported as soon as possible to the TEC management, not the employees themselves.

– End of Contract:

§8 A contract automaticly ends with its accomplished goal or its failure. An early end can be decided by the TEC CEO or an authorized TEC senior manager and will be handled as a failure. Calling off the contract by the customer will be handled as a fulfilled contract.

§9 After a contract is fulfilled or failed, Titan Enforcement Corp. will be neutral towards the former customer and possible targets.
§9.1 This excludes regular and/or special customers.

§10 Payment: The amount and time of payment must be part of a valid contract. Should a payment be late under certain circumstances, it is the clients duty to inform the TEC CEO, the Senior Manager of the specific department or an authorized Junior Manager as fast as possible. Accepting a late payment under new conditions or any further actions are subject to judge by the TEC management.

§11 For non-fulfillment/failure of the contract by TEC: Unless otherwise stated in the contract, we pay our own damage and the payment by the client is no longer needed.

§12 We assume no responsibility for lost and/or damaged goods, ships or other damage on the part of the client.
