History

This group of players finds its routes all the way back to the first Wing Commander release…then came back together and played EVE making a decent amount of money and holdings to help others succeed in their dreams.

We now come together at the pairing of these two unique games, and wish to make a very big impact on how the future impacts us all…

Charter

Welcome to American Veterans. The rules and regulations in this policy are to be followed by all members of all ranks. Please read through and understand these following rules designed to protect you and all members of the community. American Veterans is a community based on the simple rules of having fun. We focus on making this Squadron enjoyable and easy to interact with other ‘gamers’ of a similar play style and mindset.

I. Basic rules and guidelines for membership.
A. Be willing to play.
B. We use currently Teamspeak 3. I am looking at Discord for our next home.
C. All members need to be registered on this website. When you register, please leave an email or playtimes and or time zone you are in so we can build toward more group events.
1. The name used on this website must be the name the member will use in Teamspeak
2. If you have questions, about your name being similar enough, ask any game leader or your recruiter
D. We strive to be drama free and ask that you use wise and mature judgment in all your activities.
E. AV members wishing to work as an officer must be an active member of AV for 14 days before applying.
F. Inactive members will be deleted during roster maintenance.

II. Ranks and Promotion
A. The American Veterans is always seeking talented individuals who are willing to donate their time to assist in helping in the administration of the Confederations functions. As such in order to be considered for a game or community job, the individual must have been in the group for at least 14 days.
B. If this leader cannot do the job they have undertaken they may be removed by their game leader at the leader’s discretion.
C. AV will have a leader, assistant game leaders and supporting leadership with group members. If anyone has an idea on how this group can increase its holdings please feel to share and spearhead that effort. We are going to start out small, and make ourselves worthy of helping other bigger fleets that need a “fundraising” ,“stealing” or general harassment of trade routes…
D. The rank structure is loosely based off of the United States Military.
